- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt (Plain/Vanilla)
- 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/3 cup Mixed Berries
- Honey, to taste
Instructions
- Add oats, milk and chia seeds to the bottom of your container. Mix together well.
- Add Greek yoghurt and mixed berries.
- Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir again prior to serving the next day, add honey to taste.
