Description
Menemen is essentially a Turkish scrambled eggs recipe that can be prepared in just one pan, and in as little as 20 minutes! It’s a wonderful vegetarian breakfast that everyone is sure to love.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 green peppers
- 4 large eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop the peppers and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Melt the butter in a pan over low-medium heat and add the peppers. Allow the peppers to cook until soft. About, 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, and cook until they release their juice and soften. Add the eggs.
- Mix until combined. Cook over low-heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve, and become the most loved person in the house.
